RUBEN 005 P&J Plastometer

The RUBEN 005 P&J Plastometer has been developed to measure the hardness of rubber both in factories and in laboratory conditions. The special consideration has been given to measuring demands of paper machine roll covers made of rubber or polyurethane.

The RUBEN 005 device measures fully automatically according to the P&J standard. In addition to the P&J standard measurements it is also possible to make analyzing measurements in which the displacement of the intender is measured as a function of time and the result is given in a graphic curve. The device stores measuring results into the memory from which they can be transferred to a PC by the RUBEN Explorer program. On a PC the results can be examined and it is possible to print out measuring reports also into the paper.

RUBEN 005 P&J Plastometer laite on kehitetty mittaamaan kumin kovuutta niin tehdas- kuin laboratorio-olosuhteissa. Laitteen suunnittelussaon erityisesti huomioitu paperikoneiden kumitelojen mittausvaatimukset.

RUBEN 005 laite tekee mittauksen täysin automaattisesti P&J standardin mukaisella tavalla. Standardin mukaisen mittauksen lisäksi laitteella voidaan tehdä  analyysimittauksia, jossa mittakärjen uppoama mitataan ajan funktiona ja tulos esitetään graafisena käyränä. Laite tallentaa tehdyt mittaustulokset muistiin, josta ne ovat siirrettävissä PC:lle RUBEN Explorer ohjelman avulla. PC:llä tuloksia voidaan tarkastella ja niistä voidaan tulostaa mittausraportit myös paperille.
